I had a very bountiful weekend harvest this week.
On Saturday, we were able to gather a handful of “dinner,” a japanese green that my husband forgot the name of, another batch of alfalfa sprouts and the second to last batch of cilantro from the herb garden.
Today, we were able to pick the first batch of cherry tomatoes and one french breakfast radish! This is very exciting because I remember planting the tomato seeds in September and have been patiently waiting for the radishes for a few months. I am so proud of these little veg.
We also picked the third batch of carrots and a bunch of rosemary and thyme.
