Weekend Eats: Grilled Swordfish with New Potatoes and Zucchini Hash

Tonight’s dinner was a random collection of herbs and veggies that went along with swordfish grilled on the bbq.

The swordfish was grilled with lemon thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. The zucchini was stir fried with onions, spring garlic, sun dried tomatoes, thai chili and basil in olive oil.

This weekend eats featured: CHERRY TOMATOES, ZUCCHINI, POTATOES, LEMON THYME, PARSLEY, BASIL and THAI CHILI from the garden.
